Creating emotional brand connections


In-store story telling is a key part of the the Starbucks brand expression.


All EMEA artworks are based on Global Brand assets, but tailor-made to suit specific in-store and local requirements. 

To ensure constant innovation and brand appropriate use of artwork the concept design team created and curated the The Starbucks EMEA Art Program:

  • Setting creative direction on in-store Storytelling. 

  • Exploring new ways to express and communicate the Brand and our Brand stories. 

  • Working with talented agencies, like Matte and artist commissioning them to create store specific one-off artworks and or repeatable pieces.

  • Creating guidelines for innovative ways to use existing Brand Assets and Artworks to ensure the store designers can come up with unique and creative ways to express the brand.
